I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I work with young adults and adults who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, and life’s challenges.

I know that deciding to start therapy isn’t always easy. Sometimes you know exactly what you want to work on. Other times, you just know that something isn’t working and you’re tired of feeling the way you do. Either is a good place to start.

About Me

I believe therapy should be a place where you can be yourself, talk openly, and feel comfortable asking questions.

My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I’ll listen and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, but I also believe in giving you practical tools and strategies you can use in your everyday life.

I don’t believe there’s one approach that works for everyone. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to change, what’s getting in the way, and what might help you move forward.

Sometimes that means learning to manage anxiety, changing unhelpful patterns, building confidence, or finding different ways to handle difficult situations. Other times, it means having a place to sort through things without feeling judged.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Health Administration. I’ve provided outpatient therapy in college and university settings, healthcare settings, and private practice.

My clinical approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based strategies. I use these approaches based on what makes sense for each person rather than expecting everyone to fit the same treatment model.

My Background

You don’t need to know exactly what to say or have a clear plan before your first appointment. We can figure that out together.

My hope is that therapy helps you better understand yourself, feel more confident handling challenges, and make meaningful changes in your life.

I offer online therapy for clients in Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana.
